Multiple Orders / Items
Please note that if you order multiple numbers of items, for logistic reason we might ship your items in separate packages and will be arriving at different times. Each parcel has a different tracking number. You can track your items at your country post tracking page as well. For your infonation, tracking information takes 5-7 business days to be updated on the system.
Tracking information is not showing any update.
Please be informed that tracking history won't be updated every day, and delays are mostly common especially during Christmas season through starting early November to New Year. If you don't receive your item(s) in 70 days after shipping day, please contact us via email at email@example.com
Changing of shipping address after a purchase
Before shipment - If you've already completed your purchase but need to make a change on your shipping address, contact firstname.lastname@example.org. If your item has not shipped yet, we change the shipping address for you.
After shipment - Once your item has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. You may be able to change the shipping address, but you will need to contact your local post office and change the shipping address. Please note that depends on the carrier policies, your package may be ineligible for package intercept due to international package.
Make sure your shipping address is correct
When you make a purchase, we pre-populate your preferred shipping address in the order summary, which you'll see just before checkout. You are required to make sure this is where you want your item to be sent before completing your purchase.
Refused and undeliverable shipments
If your order is returned by the post due to an error on your part (such as incorrect address), we will resend the package(s). Please be informed that there are some cases that item(s) can not be shipped to certain address. In this case, we will issue a refund.
Product pricing and custom fees
This site may be accessed from variety countries. All the items on our site are listed in USD dollars. Exchange rate varies day by day and depending on your bank and credit card service are different. We are not responsible to pay for any currency differences or any charges from your bank, credit card company or any type of payment method you used to place order(s). Customs fees may be charged depending on your shipping country. We will not be responsible to pay for the custom fee in any case and customers have to pay if there is any charges on order item(s).
How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
We are offer international shipping services. however there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you placed an order and we are not unable to ship to your country, your order will be canceled and refund will be processed on your order.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive shipping confirmation email(s) with a tracking number once your order dispatches. Shipment(s) of your order could be delayed due various kinds of factors and reasons. Please check our Shipping & Delivery Conditions first and contact us for the reason of the shipment delay.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-7 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was shipped more than 10 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, in most of the case items in the same purchase will be sent in separate packages and they will be arriving at different times even they were shipped on the same day.
